Free Consultation
The free consultation either in person, via skype or over the phone gives you the opportunity to tell me more about your fitness goals and what you would like to achieve from your Personal Training sessions.

During your consultation you’ll complete a Health and Lifestyle Screening Questionnaire, discuss how often you’d like to train and when you would like to begin. Consultations normally last between 30 mins and 1 hour.

Your Personal Training Sessions
Either at my home gym/studio, at 3BX Fitness in Hornchurch or another location your Personal Training sessions are 1-2-1, which means during your Personal Training session I am focused on YOU and helping you achieve your goals!

Your sessions will normally last for between 30 mins and 1 hour. However, your session can be any length, whatever suits you, as your Personal Training is tailored to suit your needs and requirements.  With ongoing support, help and advice by email, text or phone (whatever suits you) your questions regarding your training and any health and fitness related questions you may have.

No commitment or upfront fee!!! Just book in for your sessions as and when you want to train and achieve your fitness goals on a 1 to 1 basis.



West Horndon Beginners Group

This group is designed for people who have little or no experience running and want a regular group they can meet with to learn to run 5K comfortably. The group runs for 5 weeks blocks (term time) and are instructed by a qualified UKA Run Leader. We hope to build a really friendly and sociable environment as we want you to enjoy the experience of learning to run
