Hi there Essential Fitters, I wanted to share with you a quick and easy Vegan Protein Pancake recipe I made today it has very basic ingredients that hopefully you already have in your cupboards.
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1/3 cup Gram Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Soya Milk
1/2 cup Water
Using your protein powder scoop, take one scoop of protein powder with 1/3 cup of gram flour, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and sift into a bowl. Once combined mix with 1/2 cup of soya milk (or plant milk of your choice) with 1/2 cup of water and whisk, this will make a thick batter.
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and then pour the batter mix to make the desired size pancake. This recipe should make approximately 4/5 pancakes (depending on your desire size of pancake). Add frozen or fresh fruit if desired to serve.
