Today we are concentrating on our Core and you know you need to warm up properly before you start… Let’s get into it.
Perform these exercises for 50 seconds each and have as minimal amount as rest as possible between each exercise. Then at the end of the circuit rest for 1 minute. Complete 2 to 3 rounds and then complete a quick 5 minute cool down and stretch. 🙂

NUTRITION TIP 17
Most of us consume too much salt in our diets. Eating too much salt can cause high blood pressure and lead to other health problems. Try to limit sodium intake to 1,500 to 2,300 mg per day, the equivalent of one teaspoon of salt or 6g.
