It’s easy cardio day (go for a long walk, an easy bike ride or take the kids to the park!)
And that’s it! – this is an active rest day so will give your muscles a chance of repairing and recovering ready for next week.

Add some crunch to your sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber or grated carrots or beetroot. Why not grab some sticks of cucumber, peppers and carrot, and cauliflower or broccoli florets are delicious with dips such as salsa or hummous.
